Michelle is our office manager, and she is the daughter of the owners Pete & Vickie.

She has been involved in the family business in one way or another since she was a kid, but has been managing since 2017. Her first big move was to transition all of our daily operations into technology and apps, rather than “scratching everything on the cave wall” as Pete says.

She is an herbalist and travel writer outside of Sanders Plumbing Company. Her background includes performing in bands, managing a circus, working in a forensic lab, emergency dispatching, programming AI and apps, running her own bakery, and then some.

Her favourite part about working here is being part of an industry that people rely on most in an emergency, and doing work that directly and positively influences the health and safety of our community.
