Vincent magically appeared in our warehouse one day back in 2015.

We hadn’t hired him. We didn’t know who he was or where he came from. He just showed up and got to work organizing, so we figured we had better run a background check on him and give him a uniform.

We joke about this a lot, even though we quickly learned he is the father of our service manager, Blake, and that from the beginning he just wanted to show his support for our business and the work we all do.

Fast forward a bit to Vincent being an incredibly loyal, trustworthy, and invaluable member of our team. His business background and plumbing proficiency has led him to becoming our head plumbing technician, leading tech trainer, and the home plumbing inspector for our Sanders Preferred Service Plan VIP members.
